Where are you located? We have an office in Birmingham, AL and Nashville, TN.

Our Birmingham office is located at 1550 Montgomery Highway. Take I-65 to exit 252 (Hoover/Vestavia exit). Go south on Montgomery Hwy (Hwy. 31). We are in the Green Valley Village shopping center one block south of I-65.

Our Nashville office is located at 102 5th Avenue South in downtown Nashville directly across 5th Avenue South from the main entrance to the Gaylord Entertainment Center.

What is your refund policy? If an event cancels for any reason we offer a full in-store credit for the amount of the Tickets that can be used toward the purchase of ticket to any event AAATIX carries.

I have Tickets I cannot use. Do you purchase Tickets from individuals? Yes. AAATIX does purchase Tickets from individuals. The price we will pay for Tickets depends on our need for them.

What type of payment options does AAATIX accept? AAATIX accepts all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are NOT accepted.

What are your office hours? Our Birmingham office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. Weekend hours are optional and scheduled based on local Events. The Nashville office is open Monday through Friday from 10am to 5pm. Weekend hours are also optional and scheduled based on local Events.

Do you mail Tickets? All Tickets are shipped via Federal Express. This method allows us to track each package and ensures prompt delivery of Tickets.

How do you aquire Tickets? We purchase our Tickets from individuals and various ticket offices.

What is the turn around time on ticket orders? All orders taken before 5:30pm, Monday through Friday, are processed and shipped that day.

Do you sell backstage passes to concerts or pit passes to races? We do not sell backstage passes or pit passes.

Are you affiliated with TicketMaster? AAATIX is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the buying and selling of premium Tickets to sold out Events. AAATIX is not in any way affiliated with TicketMaster or any other box office or venue. All prices quoted by AAATIX reflect the cost of obtaining premium seating and are subject to change without notice.
