Tickets are shipped via Federal Express. AAATIX cannot ship to a P.O. Box.

AAATIX accepts all major credit cards including AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. AAATIX also accepts cash, money orders, and cashiers check. If paying with a money order or cashiers check, please call us at 866-222-8492.

ALL FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS USING A CREDIT CARD WITH AAATIX ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE A CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION CONTRACT BEFORE AN ORDER IS PROCESSED. ALL CUSTOMER INFORMATION IS SECURELY MAINTAINED.

AAATIX is an independent ticket broker in the business of buying and selling Tickets at a premium price. AAATIX is not affiliated with TicketMaster, any venue, box office, or racetrack.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Price per ticket reflects availability, acquisition, and distribution cost for Tickets.

Please check your Tickets immediately upon receipt for correct event, date, time, and seat location. Any discrepancies MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt of Tickets.

If an event is cancelled with no reschedule date, Tickets must be returned within one (1) month after the cancellation announcement before an in-store credit for the ticket amount will be issued. AAATIX issues in-store credits ONLY and DOES NOT provide any type of monetary refund.

All Preorder (order for Tickets not in hand) are based on category descriptions of Tickets and are guaranteed by AAATIX. Preorders are guaranteed to be filled and shipped within one (1) week prior to the event unless otherwise determined.
