Since Tickets are a
one of a kind item and not replaceable there are no refunds,
exchanges, or cancellations on any order once it is submitted
to us.
Tickets can only be returned on a consignment basis where
you would get 100% of the amount that we resell them
for, up to the amount that you paid for them.
All Prices are guaranteed at the time the order is CONFIRMED
by aaatix, Inc.
Online orders placed after 5PM CT weekdays or on weekends
will not be processed until the following business day.
When you receive your Tickets keep them in a safe place.
Tickets can not be replaced if they are lost, stolen
or damaged.
Please note that direct sunlight or heat can damage
some Tickets.
If an event is cancelled for any reason other than an
act of God (rained out, earthquake, flood, etc.), strike,
or lockout aaatix.com will provide an in-store credit
for the total amount that you paid for the Tickets.
aaatix.com DOES NOT provide any type of monetary refund.
Any shipping charges and handling fees are not refundable.
If an event is postponed the Tickets will be honored
for the new date of the show. New Tickets will not need
to be issued. If you can not make the new date we will
accept the Tickets back from you on a consignment basis
only. You would receive 100% of the amount that we sell
them for up to the price that you paid.
In case of a rainout or strike for a sporting event,
no refunds will be made. You must exchange the ticket
at the ballpark for a seat to a future game that is still
available.
Events taking place within the state of Tennessee will
have sales tax added to the order.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your location
and the shipping method.
Since Tickets are bought and sold on an open market,
prices and availability are subject to change at any
time and without notice.
If the Tickets selected are not available equivalent
or better seats will be substituted for the same price.
Orders with ticket groups of two (2) are guaranteed
to be together. All other quantities are not guaranteed
to be consecutive. All attempts will be made by aaatix.com to group seats according to requested quantity.
Tickets are shipped via Federal Express. AAATIX cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
Payment
AAATIX accepts all major credit cards including AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and Discover. AAATIX also accepts cash, money orders, and cashiers check. If paying with a money order or cashiers check, please call us at 866-222-8492.

All Preorder (order for Tickets not in hand) are based on category descriptions of Tickets and are guaranteed by AAATIX. Preorders are guaranteed to be filled and shipped within one (1) week prior to the event unless otherwise determined.
